On October 8, 2025, at Hall A – Saigon University, Tuoi Tre Newspaper will coordinate with the General Department of Taxation (Ministry of Finance), the Department of E-Commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City to organize the Launch Ceremony of the project “Supporting Household Businesses in Becoming Digital Enterprises” and the seminar “The End of Lump-Sum Tax: What Should Household Businesses Prepare For?”
The event is considered an important step forward, helping the household business community gradually overcome barriers in management, technology, and market access, thereby engaging in digital transformation in a practical and sustainable way. With the participation of financial and technology partners such as VIB, KIDO, and especially Arobid, the project aims to create a launching pad for household businesses to confidently transition from the “lump-sum tax” era to becoming professional, modern, and globally integrated enterprises.

In its role as a technology partner, Arobid introduces a comprehensive B2B commerce ecosystem that not only provides transactional tools but also builds a foundation for sustainable business growth. Arobid’s three technological pillars — Marketplace, TradeXpo, and Goods For Good — are designed to be interconnected, creating a seamless digital transformation journey for household businesses and enterprises alike.

Arobid B2B Marketplace serves as an essential gateway for household businesses entering the digital space. This next-generation trade platform leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data analytics to connect supply and demand efficiently and accurately. More than just a virtual showroom, the Marketplace optimizes the supply chain, suggests suitable partners, facilitates negotiations, and expands export opportunities. With multilingual and multi-currency integration, it simplifies, economizes, and enhances transparency in cross-border trade. For household businesses, this represents a rare opportunity to access new markets that were once beyond their reach.
If Marketplace acts as a “wholesale hub” or “online import-export gateway,” then Arobid TradeXpo offers the experience of a digital trade fair. This online exhibition platform fully digitizes traditional fairs, creating immersive and interactive 3D booths powered by VR 360 technology. Free from spatial and temporal limits, household businesses can display products, connect with partners, and close deals right on the platform. With AI-powered matchmaking, TradeXpo helps businesses identify and reach the right target customers instead of relying on manual networking. This model not only reduces organizational and staffing costs but is also environmentally friendly, aligning with the global trend toward green exhibitions and the green economy.
Complementing these two platforms is Arobid Goods For Good – a sustainable trade solution designed to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of international markets regarding ESG and green exports. Goods For Good ensures transparency throughout the production process, product origins, and certifications, enabling household businesses to easily participate in global supply chains. Through this platform, products are not only digitized but also standardized, ensuring compliance with the regulations of demanding markets. At the same time, Goods For Good helps businesses demonstrate social responsibility, build brand credibility, and enhance competitive value.

By joining Arobid, household businesses don’t merely go online — they gain access to an ecosystem that connects them with banks, logistics providers, marketing agencies, insurers, and even international partners. As a result, the journey toward becoming a digital enterprise is no longer a distant concept but a concrete, well-supported path with real opportunities for sustainable growth.
The decision of the project “Supporting Household Businesses in Becoming Digital Enterprises” to collaborate with Arobid serves as clear evidence of the strategic direction toward digital economic development in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam. Arobid not only provides the tools but also creates a transparent, green, modern, and borderless trade environment, contributing to the vision of helping Vietnamese household businesses reach global markets.
